Playoff Format
What you need to know:
- Top 8 teams make the playoffs
- Teams are seeded based on record
- Any ties will follow the OUA Volleyball Tie Breaking Procedure
- All matchups are single game elimination, in the best of 5 sets
- Higher seed hosts the lower seed
- In the event of an upset - the bracket is NOT reseeded

Tickets for all OUA playoff games and the Quigley Cup are sold by the host institution. Please visit the host school’s website for ticket information.
The Quigley Cup:
The OUA Women’s Volleyball Championship was first awarded during the 1971-72 season. What is now the Quigley was named in honour of Therese Quigley, former volleyball player and coach as well as long time OUA Athletic Director, in February of 2018.
U SPORTS Berths:
The OUA Champion will attend the U SPORTS Championship.
